🔄 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be authorized by us in advance. We do not accept returns without prior notification.
Items returned without approval will not be eligible for a refund.
💰 Restocking Fee
For remorse returns (e.g. change of mind, ordered the wrong item), a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If the item is returned damaged, used, or does not meet our return criteria, additional deductions or denial of refund may apply.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Returns must be shipped to a USA-based return address that will be provided after contacting us for return approval.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
